Wacky Tree
Students experiment with paint and color on paper...
...then use that painted paper to begin construction of a tree trunk.
Students discussed where to place it and then began taping it on the wall.
Students "stuffed" the tree with newspaper and then added branches that had been collected outside
Next Step: Hand Prints for the leaves of the tree.
